THE DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)
If you have finished any session of The Routine, the following day you may feel some soreness!
Don't worry... This is called DOMS or Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness and is an unfortunate side effect of activating and using your muscles.
While painful, it doesn't last long as your body adjusts to the NEW and ACTIVE YOU.
